Assistants very cheeky and unfriendly

Modern health center where most medical treatments can take place centrally located in the new Volgerlanden district. A good pharmacy is also present in the building and accessibility is good, also with wheelchairs. The parking spaces are reserved for the entrance for the disabled, which means that the parking pressure in the access street is quite high. The pedicure who runs her practice in the building also feels at home.

Worst non-Dutch (doctor) assistants I have ever experienced, do not realize that there are people who urgently need to be seen by a doctor, but assume answers they receive based on questions via a list, seems like a game where you then may go to the doctor or not. However, don't realize that playing with someone's health is just sick. This morning I wanted to make an appointment for a visit to a doctor because I have been suffering from a cough, fever, sore throat, back pain and pain in my head and under shoulder blades while coughing for almost a week, I try to suppress the fever by a number of times take 2x 500mg paracetamol per day. Coughing with all kinds of drinks and lozenges but nothing helps. Furthermore, a lot of green / yellow mucus clots come out when you cough, especially in the morning. Even during the conversation with the assistant, a fever of 39.3 degrees was measured. All this was not enough reason to go to the doctor, have an appointment for +24 hours later because it is busy. I consciously waited to go to the doctor on the understanding that it might pass and then it won't go away and then you want to get an appointment, you have to wait even longer because there are 2 assistants who do not consider it necessary. Great such a bunch who can determine from a distance that it is a virus that will disappear with a delay. Earlier last week I had already experienced that she did not immediately want to make an appointment for my wife and children, she was only taken seriously at the insistence of my wife and it turned out: my wife has been diagnosed with ASTHMA and throat inflammation and the children (2 & 5 ) ear infection and in the youngest also laryngitis. Now that they have received a cure, improvement is noticeable, before that they had already tried everything just like me. So you could conclude that I suffered the same thing that requires a cure, but the 2 super assistants know better with their questionnaire. To be continued through the union.
