Ordered for the first time, order came quickly but a lot of beads were missing, so we couldn't get started. First to a store to buy all the parts and beads.

The result of our afternoon of stringing beads is great fun and worth repeating.
I have ordered beads, parts and charms online here several times now and it has always arrived faster than expected (often 3-4 days instead of 9, which is now due to corona). Also the customer service is really top, I had the wrong color parts and they sent me the right one back, which arrived within two days after responding very quickly and very kindly. Very satisfied!!
