Beautiful but certainly not cheap table ordered at Table le Sud, EUR 1395, -. Despite the fact that we use a humidifier, shrinkage cracks have appeared in our table within 2 months. Dirt lingers in here and the table is expected to be more vulnerable in the long term. We have sent to Table le Sud's service department. They offered to come and treat the table at a reduced rate of EUR 95, which normally costs more than EUR 300. Because the table has only been with us for so short, we think that these cracks should be repaired under the warranty / service. Unfortunately, no response from Table le Sud to our last message to the service department. Too bad, this adventure started so promising with a very nice table. Aftercare is a bit disappointing. We expected a more solution-oriented attitude.

Handling in case of damage very poor. Nice table bought at Table du Sud. We have never been told the blade can work. We knew a bit ourselves, so kept an eye on humidity. Despite a minimal humidity of 70%, there is still a tear in the leaf. After two months! Customer service states that it is due to the dry air. Which we don't have! Very frustrating. So pay attention when buying here: warranty to the door and even in a good climate your leaf will go to the buds.

Lots of choice, nicely advised by Pien, nice tables, lots of choice in dining room chairs, only drawback: chairs are priced "from" Would have rather just seen the price directly on the respective seat. Furthermore, a clear company, warm reception.

Helped quickly and well in the store and showcased beautiful products. Unfortunately, due to COVID19, the dining room sofa is delivered 6 weeks later and the table also 2 weeks later (was a waiting period of 10 weeks). In itself understandable, but no temporary alternative is offered or proposal is accepted. I have been looking for and had contact by phone several times and accessibility is downright bad: being on hold for more than 20-30 minutes (automatically disconnected) is really outdated!
