Only went there for package pickup. Avoid at all costs to do that! The woman seems rather annoyed to have to deal with peoples packages, was very harsh and unfriendly. She was in the middle of sewing, I understand fully why it would be annoying to constantly have to stop and deal with peoples packages, but she chose to be a pick up spot. I just felt bad for interrupting her workflow (and she definitely let me feel that she was annoyed) - reading the other reviews it seems she is great when she is actually doing her job - but definitely will walk further to avoid her in the future!

I've known the owner of the dry cleaning and washing service for a very long time. She's been running the store for twelve years on her own. There's enough space to park your car or bike which makes it easy to pick up packages. Dry cleaning is of very good quality. When you drop of your laundry it gets folded and when I get home I only have to put the clothes in my closet. And reperations are of good quality. When you pick up a package bring your ID or a picture of the one who's package your picking up on your phone and your own ID or you won't get your package. She's very strict because she doesn't want to give a package to the wrong person,which seems logical. She helps people with problems in the neighborhood and is there definitely not to become rich. She just wants to help people to have clean and neat clothes, so they can look their best. Definitely worth a look and visit to see an amazing independent woman doing the best she can.

Came here to pick up a package. Worst service ever! The woman said it’s not me on my ID even tho the surname is the same as the one on the package. What worse was that she asked me to pick up her glasses on her desk in a very bad attitude, yelling like ‘hey look at me’ when I didn’t understand what she meant. Don’t send your package here if you don’t want any troubles.

Closed, but DPD knew nothing, they have locked their phone, do not respond to e-mail and all packages delivered there are now returned to Depot and remain there for a while. I understand that these are strange times, but you can at least put on your site that things are different or that you are closed.
