HECO is a very bad company. After our dryer broke, I found this company on the internet. HECO sent a Polish freelancer who spoke poor Netherlands to us who supposedly came to make things. Instead of making the dryer, he has taken several parts from the dryer. HECO indicated that it could not do anything with the complaint and was not prepared to compensate the damage. We now have a substantial loss item.

Great company with fast service. Mechanic Robert is clearly knowledgeable and quickly solves a complicated problem with a dishwasher. Neat man. Have also recently repaired a dryer for us!

They are crooks, so you can apply for a repair of 225 euros. Do not go into the sea with this "repair" service
