For my wedding day I was looking for a strapless balconette bra, and I decided to go to a specialty store. I don't really have a standard size (90/95 - B / C), and I hoped this lady might help me. Once inside, I indicated what I was looking for, and I immediately heard a loud "no" from the saleswoman. Okay fine, they don't have my size (story of my life), but maybe there is something else we can try? I was the only customer in the store, but the saleswoman didn't want to think along, showed me nothing, and didn't come up with alternatives. Suggestions for trying other things came from my mother (who had come along for fun), not from the saleswoman. That's how we managed that the saleswoman (with some reluctance) clicked an intermediate piece in a bra and that I could fit it. While I am in the fitting room, I hear her say to my mother, "She can try, but it won't work." I could cry in that fitting room. I felt totally unwelcome and at ease (which is reasonably important in a lingerie store?). Yet I tried the bra with the spacer. It was a nice bra, and it was quite comfortable, but the fit was weird. I had my doubts. I expected the saleswoman to confirm that this was really not possible, but instead she tried to convince me that I should buy the bra. It was so bad that when I said I wanted to think about it, she said, "Well, if he is still there, is he?" She now seemed almost aggressive to me. Once dressed, I wanted only one thing, and that was the case and never come back. I remained friendly, thanked the saleswoman for her help (??) and said that I wanted to look somewhere else. "Well. Good luck with it. Just come back once you've found one, because I'm very curious where you found it. ”Was her sarcastic response before we left the store.

Badly helped. Little (really not at all) thinking along and eventually becoming outright false if we just want to think. No empathy with difficult measures and quite disrespectful in tone and attitude. You only succeed here if you have an easy size and you are full of confidence. And then I would choose another store.
