c.f. the rules you must pay the consultation if you do not honor an appointment. I got sick with stomach flu, so I called in the morning that I could not come (it does not seem fresh to me when I am in my little blood and I am running late) but they have no message. Regular payment was reported immediately. I indicated that in my opinion it is force majeure, but cold, rigid and businesslike I was told that rules are rules. From a legal point of view, they are right, but it seems to me that these regulations and the law cannot be intended. I believe that here the patient is not looked at but money is money. I immediately decided to say goodbye to this type of business care provider! scandalous!
