I was delighted to meet Cynthia at Schiphol Airport during my layover from Nuremberg to Toronto 23 August 2020 during COVID. I cannot stop raving about her to my family and friends. Not only was Cynthia an exemplary professional, she possessed extraordinary intuitive skills and the ability to immediately identify what this weary Canadian traveler needed. She responded to my questions with kindness and a refreshing sense of humour which immediately put me at ease. She transformed my routine layover into a joyful adventure. The world definitely needs more individuals like Cynthia during these uncertain times. Thank you Cynthia, for making me feel like a "Queen for a Day". Rose B.

I wanted to take the opportunity to relate to you how amazing and outstanding Mickey ten Have was today to my wife and I. We flew club world on BA 208 from Miami to London, connecting with BA 438 Club Europe class to Amsterdam. My wife took ill either from food poisoning or air sickness and was vomiting during the last flight. I asked the Captain for a wheelchair assist – Mickey answered that call. There were about 8-10 wheelchair needs – but we were fortunate enough to get Mickey. She was completely helpful and put us at ease. Once through immigration, she helped us retrieve our bags, when lo and behold, one large bag was missing. Getting permission to stay with us and help, she engaged the lost baggage personnel at baggage claim (contract vendor) on our behalf. I completed the paperwork while Mickey returned to comfort my ill wife. After almost an hour, the bag finally came onto belt 2, and Mickey spotted it right away. All 3 of our large bags were checked priority, due to business class ticketing, and 2 came out right away, but the third was missing, and for almost an hour. Mickey took our trip from hell, and rescued it for us. Please thank her – employees like Mickey do a great service to your company, and should be thanked, rewarded, and of utmost importance, be recognized as an example of outstanding job well done.

I was travelling with an elderly friend and at the check in I asked for assistance they were very obliging an assistant named Marco's who is doing his internship with KLM was outstanding . Could not have asked for a more gentle understanding young man . Well done and good luck for your future. Absolutely disgusting experience and balntanly lies about a member of staff who apparently just walk out from her duties without informing the supervisor. After asking more than 10 times if someone will come for a service I have paid a considerable amount of money 200 euros, I went to look for a supervisor from the Schiphol Airport Staff...who came and asked Axxicom employer who was on duty on Friday 15th December 2017 @ Terminal 2 Schiphol at the Assistance Desk, why the delay. She responded that someone us working on it! The plane was due to take off in 25 min and Axxicom employee was busy chatting on her mobile with her family!!!

Excellent service, very lovely people, can't say anything else what a great company this is.
