Orona

Living in a brand new apartment for 2 months and the elevators have been out of service at least 10 times (feels more like 20). One of my neighbours was locked in for 2 hours. They were eventually let out by firefighters and Orona was no where to be found.

I just arrived from Alphen aan den Rijn and go to the Greenwheels reserved parking space in Rotterdam, what do I find? An Orona van from Alphen aaan den Rijn taking the place.

ZEEEEEEEEEEEER bad mechanics !!!!!!!! a lift mechanic should know how to fix a broken goods lift so that it works NORMALLY again, but the opposite is true with Orona. They come to LOOK and then say: I cannot do that, a colleague has to come for that. Then it takes days before they come, because according to them no mention has been made of it. And then make the elevator temporary, because after a few days the elevator is not working again. And again they are NOT coming. And parts for the lift to function NORMALLY they do not have (in stock), must come from Italy and that takes at least 2 weeks. Do not work with this WORTHLESS lift company, because the chances are VERY big that you will get drunk. Only take action when pressure is put on them from above.

Our Orona lift is down almost every week and that for a few years now, half of the residents no longer dare to take the lift.
