At the end of December 2020 I bought a BMW of 16 years old here. I enjoyed doing business. Agreements made were fulfilled. I had a towbar fitted where the costs were shared. The mounted towbar turned out not to be fully connected. This work is outsourced. This problem was immediately rectified after an appointment.
After a month, a pipe from the rear window washer appeared to leak under the floor mat. The entire interior had to be removed to dry everything properly and to repair the leaking pipe. Although I bought the car without warranty, it was repaired by RB free of charge. I think this is great class. Great company where you can buy a car quietly.
In July 2020 I bought a VW diesel at RB Autoplaza. Unfortunately due to the corona crisis not being able to drive much and after a little under 4,000 kilometers there were problems with the injectors in the diesel engine (a known problem with older diesels). I contacted Ramon and they responded quickly and correctly. I really like the fact that direct contact was sought. Even better is to experience that, despite the fact that RB Autoplaza was not obliged to do anything on the basis of leniency, it contributed to the costs.
