Especially compared to other car dealerships in Alphen aan den Rijn, or the Netherlands for that matter, every single person we had to interact with was very attentive, very courteous, and professional.
As far as dealing with them is concerned, they were very open to discuss our options, willing to explain differences between models and actually very OK with consulting us about which car we should purchase; taking into consideration our budget and needs.
All in all, very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and not afraid to be human. Highly recommended!

1 star because zero stars is not possible. With someone who wants to buy a new car: twice a test drive with vibrating mazda cx5: then a test drive in the "new" one year old and soon 2 years for the car dealers. You will only receive the car if there is first agreement on the price, you have already made so many test drives ... n.b. this is about 40000 euros. So no test drive, even before you've bought something. Nothing to be expected if you have already paid. Advice: So ignore Baak
