Really one of the worst service EVER! Don’t buy a car here or you waste your money! We decided to buy a second hand car (The man didn’t let us drive the car) and we gave them half the value in advance to reserve the car. The car remained in their salon. We didn’t drive or use it at all. They made us sign a contract (that we’re going to show to our legal advisor) saying that they can keep the 15% if you change your mind. Well, The day after (less than 24h) we called them since we didn’t have the right documents and we wanted to postpone the all thing and buying a car more valuable. We called them and Edward told us after a bit “sure we’re going to give you all your money back”. In the end? They decided to keep the 15%. Liars. I am glad to not have buying the car after I’ve read in the reviews that the cars they sell often get broken the day after or after a really short period. This is not the way to behave. People gain their money!!

Always had an honest assessment so far. I am very satisfied with the garage myself. I bought a BMW X3 at this garage. And my wife a BMW 1 series. There were minor defects on the car at the beginning. They solved these free of charge. A front lamp also did not work. Then went to Kwikfit. They wanted to charge me 250 euros for a new unit. After that we went by van Schie. They saw that a wire was not properly fitted. I was able to go home within a minute.

My girlfriend and I were helped here after we came to look for a used Renault Twingo that we had seen on the internet. We were able to view the car extensively inside, but when I asked for a test drive, this was actually only possible, we said that we were going to buy the car. A bit strange in my opinion, since I only really want to buy something when it feels good. Hence not five but four stars. You can always say no, of course, so I made a nice test drive and bought the car. Two days later found out that the valve rear right was not good and called. Solved free of charge the same day I called.

Very strange company. Made neatly due to corona appointment. You will not be informed of the appointment. You will then be informed that you can only take a test drive if you have already negotiated a price. So then you cannot go back. Very strange way of doing business. You won't see me again!
