As long as you buy something, the service is perfect, but as soon as you don't like something or decide not to buy the item, you will be treated downright rude. When I indicated that I wanted to think about it for a moment, the owner of the business grabbed the shoes from my hands and walked away, clearly indignant and refused to say anything more. I will never come here again!

I visit this shop more often and have always been kindly helped by the young man who works here. Today, however, there was an older gentleman, and I really left this store with such a bad feeling and can honestly say that I will never come here again. I wanted sneakers for my son, but I doubted very much about the size. When I saw on the cash register 'no money back' I indicated that I wanted to come back tomorrow with my son, because otherwise I will buy something that is not good, and I cannot return it. This man's reaction. He immediately put the shoes back without saying a word, immediately stopped talking to me, and was clearly so irritated. I left immediately. I was really planning to come back with my son tomorrow, but now I am not coming here anymore, because of the very unwelcome feeling, as if I did something wrong.

As a family we have been a regular customer of this business for years. You will be helped neatly and calmly. You get good and honest advice. We are very satisfied with the service and the service. Last week we could also have visited another branch in Rotterdam, but then we would rather return to Alphen where they know us. The case has undergone a nice facelift after the renovation, but the atmosphere and service have remained the same.
