Normally I don't write reviews, but I've never experienced anything like this. Last week I was finally able to pick up my phone which I had been looking forward to. My father came with me and I have never been treated so sadly in a store where I spent so much money. When we arrived mister said 'what are you guys coming to do?'. Which I personally found quite strange but okay. He asked me which phone I had and I said I had an iPhone 8. Mister had to laugh about that and said that it was about time. Then I was told 5 times that I 'took such a nice phone with such a silly subscription' and also Mr. compared the situation to that I 'bought a Ferarri but did not want to put gasoline in it' and I became a kind laughed at and he kept repeating that it was very strange that I did not want a more expensive subscription while the subscription that I had chosen was just fine for me .. After winning that battle I was completely taken down because I also did not use my phone wanted to assure. Because the phone that I had here had a crack after 3 years (which I didn't think was a problem myself, but okay). After so often getting arrogant and pedantic comments at my head, my father intervened because he saw that I was very uncomfortable. Sir didn't understand us and didn't intend it that way, but then kept repeating the same arrogant comments. I think this is really ridiculous and I left the store very disappointed and irritated. Harm, if you're reading this, you really are a dick.

Weak and bad. Why a store if people don't know under which conditions T-mobile takes out its subscriptions? The staff has no idea what the conditions are and being helpful is not the key word here. From the height, hautain behavior. Of course ... unless you come to buy a phone. But they don't know what they are selling either: Incomplete info. For example, the Gogogo weeks would last until the end of January, if they want to sell an extra protective cover at an Oneplus (is included) they do not know that the Note does not have a telephone plug ... to name a few. Tip: or go to the online shop, even better: go to mobiel.nl, then the same device is also cheaper with your T-mobile abbo.

I went by for a subscription. The young lady tried to impersonate me in a very rude way that I did not want. When I indicated that I did not want that subscription, she reacted very irritated. She was very rude and arrogant. After 14 years customer right but switched to vodafone. (Was also a lot cheaper by the way)

Extremely crappy store, the employee who helped us tried all possible ways not to help us. We had already seen this at the customer for us, where he also maintained that he could not help him because he was not the employee who had made the first promise. In the end when that customer stood firm, there was a phone call and it was arranged after 2 minutes. Then it was our turn and the conversation was exactly the same, but calling for a solution ho so. Always a new apology why I could not be helped and especially did not listen. That I had black and white that I was entitled to, he did not have a message about that. When I walked out in the store, I called something to him. Do not be proud if I throw someone at the head of a word, but the customer service that I then had on the phone confirmed my suspicion. He could solve the problem with one simple bell, so that I could leave the store with satisfaction. Pure unwillingness. Tribute to the telephone helpdesk of T-Mobile, which not only solved the problem but also filed a complaint with the shop because of these 2 events. I can not recommend anyone to the shop to arrange anything or try this at all. Because if it is not a simple sale, they would prefer to have you outside immediately.
