First you have to wait very long when there are only 3 people ahead of you and then when I had a problem with a WiFi repeater the man told me that I will have to buy new ones for € 150,00! I phoned Kpn the same day and they said that they will send me new ones (for 2 tv's) for free. When I came the next week for 2 new boxes for interactive TV the same guy told me that it is better to call Kpn so they can send them to me rather then to exchange them in the shop. What kind of service is that? The same guy twice

It is a small KPN store, but the people who work there know everything about kpn KPN in itself nothing wrong with it

KPN service, My mobile (IphoneXR) broke down after 2 months. After a few minutes that I use my mobile, the touch function drops out. First sending: My mobile was 2 weeks away and no defect was found. So at home all my apps were set up again (manually to be sure) and after 10 minutes the touch function disappeared again. second sending: My mobile was 1 week away and it was mentioned that it could be picked up on Friday. Unfortunately I came for nothing then, because he turned out to be on the road, which was also not in the repair report. Again no defect was found, so I could have it sent back immediately. third time to send: My mobile was 1 week away, while an endurance test has now been requested. During an endurance test I was told that the mobile is being tested for several days, several minutes. It was therefore extremely strange that the repair was already completed within 1 day, after it had been received at the repair center. After it was sent 3 times, I went back to the store to say that I really want another device, because no error can be found, but my device is still not working properly. The boss was unfortunately not there that Monday and I was asked to come back tomorrow. So I came back to the store on Tuesday (even having to take a day off from work) to ask how we are going to solve this. Again it appeared that the owner was not there. I also asked why I had not been called to pass on that, but that seemed to be a communication error between the employees. Because everything seemed to be well agreed, she would call me back on Wednesday with information about how to proceed. It is currently Wednesday (6:15 PM) now that I am writing this note and still have no phone call. Thursday morning I finally had a phone call, unfortunately I was not available then, but luckily she spoke to me voicemail that she will call later in the day. Unfortunately, again no phone call. Still waiting until Friday evening, but still no phone call, so we went to the store. The moment we entered, the employee literally laughed at us and said: "look here is your fantastic device". Not a nice joke when you are there for the eighth time without any step forward. After having used the mobile for 2 minutes, I was able to provide proof to both employees, because he got stuck again. The Moroccan employee found this less fun, walked away saying; I'm not going to help these fools anymore. Top service at KPN!

0 stars is unfortunately not possible, but no knowledge, first make happy with a dead sparrow, then look up information on the internet, which I can and obviously had already done. I understand my misunderstanding, but she is proud to be able to explain nonsense guarantee provisions.
