Bad company! I ordered a shower tray siphon from this company. This siphon did not meet the requirements for the simple fact that our contractor (who is renovating the bathroom with us) indicated that it was very poor quality. I then returned the siphon. Shortly afterwards I received an email that parts were missing from the siphon and that it cannot be returned. I have indicated to the seller as I received the siphon, so I also returned it. This one kept on lying and insisting. In the end I indicated that you charge what you miss. People a forewarned person counts for two. So be warned, I feel ripped off and that for 9.95 euros you want to earn your money and drive customers away, chapo !!! This is just my opinion !! Just to respond to your reaction !! Has it ever occurred to you that there might not be a rubber ring in the package? Rather than making an assumption that the contractor has lost it. I can tell you as I have done before. I opened the package and was there all the time, you received the package exactly as I received it, and again there was no rubber ring in it. It is not nice as a customer to be called a liar. You are talking about the fact that you have a high regard for customer service, there is nothing to notice. 1 tip do not treat your customers that way, otherwise not many will be left. And if your customer service is so high, you could have responded to me immediately after my review to look for a solution, but you did not do that either.
