Ordered a SUP on Wednesday, so that it would be in before the weekend. Everything is well organized at iSUPcenter and shipped on time. Then ran into problems at DPD, they did not inform me properly. Then called iSUPcenter and they immediately found a solution for me at no extra cost, so that I can still SUP this weekend. Really class! Super good service for something that they themselves cannot remedy in principle. Really recommend!

The Sup that I ordered turned out to be discontinued. A phone call from Jamie almost immediately to report this and to look at other options. After some questions about my wishes, and my weight and height got advice for another SUP that would probably suit me even better. This was then delivered quickly. Very satisfied with the care and attention. I have yet to stand on it, but the start is good!
