I will wait for the day that I will be spoken to nicely at the till. You already feel guilty when you get settled. Is it such an effort to be friendly for once? They certainly do not 'hear' the telephone. Also a complaint towards Alphen from other branches by the way .... It is and remains a cheerless, messy branch. It looks like a warehouse towards the cash register.

Every time a drama when I have a question. First, there is hardly anyone who can help you. If you are helped by a man there in the store, he says again that the computer is not working or that the program has a malfunction. This when he was checked out and it just did, if you say this he says it is easier to do this behind the computer at home. Really sad that service! Furthermore, if you have ordered your products, it arrives almost standard late. If you come to pick it up you can wait upstairs for another half an hour until you are helped, even when you walk down and this indicates that they have to be patient and really have to wait upstairs for your order ... one word drama!
