When I ordered fabrics online, these turned out not to be the right ones. After contacting a lady by phone I sent the fabrics back and she would refund the postage costs after I emailed them there. The postage has never been refunded and I have not received a response even after months after repeated mailing. It appeared on the website that the materials cannot be returned, so I find it incomprehensible that I did this in consultation with the lady and that I as a customer are treated and ignored in this way.

Beautiful fabrics and plenty of choice.
