I had called yesterday because I would like to come by because I had strange wounds in my throat, the lady on the phone was very arrogant and very annoying. She also didn't want to help me because she says I quote "you're not dying and this is urgent why are you calling?" Very sorry. There you pay claws full of money for each month to get your care and then you don't get it. Infections can spread, bacteria can spread. Also, no photo was asked or anything so they could determine the severity. I was simply not allowed to come by and have to do it with an ibuprofen despite I can barely eat or drink anything! Top service kuchkuch. Too bad I don't know the lady her name on the phone would have liked to make an official complaint for her disrespectful attitude!

I have been on hold for 40 minutes. Costs: € 6.- for incident information. When the subscription reaches the ceiling, this means that I cannot call again because I have gone over budget. What about the next event? Better to first aid? What a waste of precious minutes ...

Fortunately I don't have to use this center often. Total "patient" unfriendly and incomprehensible with every request for help. Both for child, wife and myself. Unfortunately.

Why, and that is really the most ridiculous thing I've experienced, do you charge € 0.15 cents per minute to get in touch with you?
