VERY BAD SERVICE! Have my late grandmother's ring repaired. 1 of the 5 stones had fallen out. After 3 (!) Weeks of waiting, I finally got my ring back. One of the stones had significant damage (file line). This had not been noticed by the person who checked the ring. The ring was immediately returned for repair. After another week of waiting, I got the ring back again. Everything seemed fine until I took a closer look at the ring at home. One of the stones had a completely different color, light blue instead of dark blue. To be clear this ring is an heirloom, with gemstones from my grandmother! The goldsmith had replaced 1 of my grandmother's stones WITHOUT consultation, and also in the wrong color (otherwise I probably would not even have heard this!) The woman in the shop had not noticed this color difference during the check and could not tell me where my grandmother's stone was. In addition, 1 of the other stones (on the inside of the ring) was broken off by reattaching all the stones! Because I was emotionally upset, there was more hurry. Finally a week later I got my ring back (with 2 stones replaced). My only consolation is that I have received the original stones separately. All I wanted was to have the broken stone replaced. Now my heirloom is Ruined by the placement of 2 new stones with still visible color difference! I do NOT advise ANYONE to have anything repaired or bought in this case !!!! Very bad result by Strego in Alphen aan den Rijn!

I bought a new lock for my Seiko watch and had it fitted. I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable price of the clasp and then the free assembly by the watchmaker. I am also very satisfied with the friendly and helpful way of receiving and dealing with customers.
