Good library with many study places, archives and dining facilities

No complaints. Friendly service. Only difficult to be able to sit at Kruim because of corona. Everything served well in advance.

Nice library, however, it is worthless to study. There is no silence, even a little bit (what would you expect in a library?). Even dogs that are allowed to come in and bark all the time, children who run up and down the stairs / jump / scream. Really worthless for the student who doesn't want to go to a big city to study in a library.

Beautiful library and nice place to stay. However, the print-and-go facility does not function at all! Power Point presentations cannot be printed. You cannot set the printing functions (for photos, for example). You can only pay with cash. You cannot simply print like this (oh no!), But first have to do all sorts of online antics at home. The online printing instructions that you then receive, nb. in incomprehensible English, are completely abracadabra which means you (again suppressing frustration) have to call employees again. If the print does not come out properly in the library, you have to go all the way home because you cannot adjust anything in the library. Very cumbersome, clumsy and incomplete system: how complex can you make simple things ... Some employees defend it again, despite your angelic patience, and pretend it is up to you. In short: WORTHLESS! I am so frustrated that I am giving the library two stars because of this highly irritating facility.
