(all this happened in Dutch so not a word for word recreation) Employee asked if I could find what I was looking for and I said I couldn't and that I thought they were a little expensive. (I spotted multiple bottles that I have bought recently at lower prices elsewhere) The employee looked offended at me and then she then walked off. So I went to a different shop and bought my whisky there instead. Shame, they missed out on a decent sale there. She should have engaged me and convinced me that they had something worth spending a little extra on because I do. Regularly.

Good thing! The employees are really specialists and they have a wide range.
