a week ago I ordered a black whiskey record here. I received no confirmation or other info. Going to have a look on the internet for a few days and the other revieuw gave me little confidence. After an email asking if I could get a confirmation, no response yet. To my surprise a week later a shipment from Whiskey Unlimited. The big disappointment was that an ugly ugly cord with a Mondrian print was sent. I emailed the problem to the company today. We are going to see if and how it will be resolved and I can raise it with some stars. To be continued. Update!!! Receive the correct order by post today. It is solved well this way. So 2 stars there. Why not 5 stars? It took 3 weeks for the correct order to be sent. There has also been no communication whatsoever about my complaint. I was therefore very surprised that he was on the bus. Just an email seems to me not so difficult. So point for improvement.
