first and last time I ordered here. Boot size 27 is too small, I send a mail and get an answer that it can be returned free of charge and that size 28 is reserved. (tidy you will think) Now I have not heard anything for two weeks, so call yourself to see if it has already been sent. I get the hear that happened to call someone else today for the same boots but 28 and that they now have no booties for me. Do they offer me a different color, it is a girl of 4 who happens to find these boots beautiful. Drama ... promises come after ... well I see it. never order here again. gr. angry / disappointed mother
