If the atmosphere is among the staff then the product must be wow. I think it is a shame that there is no branch in Roermond

Just a plus which I really appreciated, I thought I called the good customer service, we had ordered a photo cake, so I had not done this, we had ordered it from the jumbo and it was not delivered at the time we could get it. Because I called to assume that I had the right store, I wrongly blamed Hoogvliet for the first time while the order was not even placed there. The customer service even had a solution and that is of course worth a compliment, but the jumbo where the cake was ordered simply said that we should understand that it was not there. and that they did not feel it necessary to inform the customers. We will certainly avoid this store as much as possible because this is just not a service and Hoogvliet super how you would have solved it and again I apologize for my mistake
