Nice cozy shop with helpful staff. Helped quickly and a friendly lady was also at the entrance to give us a shopping cart.

I was in the store with you last Tuesday. I was looking for something from the listing but couldn't find it. There were 2 ladies working on the leaflets, and I asked if the offer was still there. One of the ladies went to watch and couldn't find it either. She said I ask a colleague. A colleague was called in, and I asked my question. His answer was, no we don't. I said well then it is about, thanks for watching. And he stole his hand in my face and said that is € 10. I thought he was joking so I started to laugh gently. Where he responded with: a next question will cost you another € 10, and a next question too. I thought this was a strange comment and responded with, put it on your employer's account and walked away to the cash register. When I went to checkout this employee called to the cashier to hit it 50 times and no bonus for this gentleman. I paid for my groceries and left. I immediately contacted albert heyn customer service at home via Facebook. Said they would report this incident and I would receive a response back within 3 days. But I still haven't heard anything. That is why I also reported this incident on your Facebook page. Because you shouldn't be dealing with your customers like that.
