Poorly informed about gender bunny and wrong advice for standing inside or outside. Konijntje died within 3 weeks. Owner is curt, not empathetic and unfriendly. Do not feel welcome when I enter the store.

Went to this store for the first time today for a bag of cat food that is nowhere to be found and the sales lady really did her best and later called me to replace the product with a better alternative with better ingredients for a better price! Not a word is too much and the advice and service from the young blonde lady is excellent! I hereby advise everyone to buy food etc for their pets here !!

At first I thought it was a nice store until a gentleman who worked there and me and my little son interfered that I had to pay more attention to him without knowing what was going on.
