Contents of the frikandel and croquettes are cold, not well baked, wrong products, staff did not listen, what a stupid person .... a waste of money!

pity you have to give at least 1 star, otherwise it would have been 0. Today for the 1st time and trust me, NEVER again. 1) very unfriendly, slow and uninterested service that you don't understand. 2) they work WITHOUT gloves !!!! The operation is frustrating on the smartphone and then just has your sandwich. And that at this time !!! They don't understand how unsanitary this is. 3) she first gave my sandwich to another person (you can see how interested she was), who also approached it. After comparing the sandwich to the photo on the menu board, it turned out not to be his sandwich and returned it. Then she wanted to give it to me. She did not understand that I then demanded a new copy. That was not done wholeheartedly. 3) briefly observing what was going to happen next, I saw that the "contaminated" sandwich was placed near the fryer instead of being thrown away. Of course I would get the same sandwich back. That was the intention. You really have to pay attention to everything. Then I was done with it. I turned around and walked away. Too bad about that E.7.00. I didn't want to have anything to do with that tent anymore and my health was worth much more to me. What real perverts there. Those are 20th century unsanitary practices. When was the last check there?

Very tasty sandwiches and nice people behind the counter. The prices are a bit high, but you get a well-filled sandwich in return. Everything is fresh and they treat you well. People who say that the staff treat you very badly and are unhygienic may have arrived at a bad time, for example at the end of the day or when no one else comes by. You would also like to go on your phone if there is not much to do, to take off your gloves and work clothes. Boerske is more than good every time I visit!
