Bought a second-hand car with a tow bar attached. I now need to change my rear bumper and remove the tow bar for it. CarNext/LeasePlan never gave me the key for the tow bar. When asked if they could find the key or help me get one, they told me it wasn’t their problem but mine. They never give the keys for tow bar installed on the cars they sell. Very bad customer service. I won’t be doing business with any CarNext or LeasePlan in the future.

A very nice collection of cars. We were helped by a friendly lady that guided us compently through the process of buying a car. Only drawback was that we had to wait for quite a while even though we had an appointment. Still the process was much more pleasant than at most car dealerships.
