Unfortunately, the service leaves something to be desired. They do not listen to the customer or ignore this intentionally. Clearly this is the only active Mazda garage in the region. Consider switching brands. Unfortunately no more Mazda. Since October 2020 I have really canceled my confidence in this garage. My Mazda is now being serviced by the garage

Finally no pushy sales people, but a skilled and professional approach. We were helped with the purchase of the Mazda by Tomas Franssen. In an informal way, we were introduced to the world of Mazda, without feeling pressured. Tomas maintains a pleasant transparent communication, and he also knows how to make a party of the delivery of the Mazda. All praise for the pleasant reception by the receptionist. Overall a positive experience!

Quite spontaneously we decided to take a test drive in the Mazda MX30 two weeks ago. When we called Mulder Mazda by phone, we were kindly spoken to and there was room for the test drive at the time we wanted. We were soon convinced of the quality of the car and decided to privately lease this electric Mazda. We were expertly assisted by Tomas Franssen. No challenge seemed too great for him. It was difficult to find the desired version of the Mazda MX30, but we are very satisfied with the accessibility of Tomas and his clear communication. Tomas keeps his word. At Mulder Mazda, the delivery of the car is a party. In addition, the sale of our own car was handled very smoothly. In a word: fantastic!

At first I was helped perfectly, until you bought the car. You really feel like a walking piggy bank there .. They try to sell you something every time. A few weeks after purchase I immediately got a bill in the bus for the gasoline of the new car. The car I had was fine, but like I said everything costs money with them. First service after the warranty, immediately a few hundred euros .. that is possible .. but I also see oil change on it .. However, it had just been replaced due to a Mazda recall. I should have said something about it, but you are still talked about with nice talk, I already have the idea from the beginning, and do not feel that they would give it back .. Shortly after problems with the brakes .. have it checked , the brakes had to be replaced .. All in all, the first service after the warranty immediately cost me more than 1000 euros together .. and that for a new car .. We sold it quickly and now drive a different brand .. I I already felt that I would soon be deflated from maintenance costs.
