Very nice experience with Stefan and Ronald. Extensive time was taken for advice about the car and they also suggested that they come back later to drive another model to be able to compare and they have made it come across as special. After a week we got a call from Stefan asking how we experienced the first kilometers. I have never experienced such service and friendliness. Very bad service from William Van Den Berg and very little knowledge. After a little turn last year, I was advised to replace my brake discs and brake pads because they could still last 10,000 kilometers, almost 600 EUR was requested for this (TRW brake pads and brake discs for a Kia rio cost 179 euros completely), so that means they asked 411 euros for the assembly (while this is a maximum of 1 hour of work to replace everything) in addition, my tires were also used up. This was also offered to me this time for 566 euros (4 tires of hankook cost 310 euros) so they asked 256 euros to mount (without alignment) where I normally go, this costs 90 euros (balancing and aligning places). In addition, I am told by William that the locking bolts in my brake discs are not necessary (because they are only there to center them 🤣) of course I could not believe this and I called 4 other Kia dealers, they all recommend that they do have locking bolts because otherwise your discs will warp in the long run and your car will vibrate during braking. In addition, they have tried to lubricate me with a vartra battery for 279 euros (these cost 100 euros). All in all, I bought an almost new car from the showroom and they try to strip me financially every time I visit. This has nothing to do with a garage, but all with a earned model. And that earnings model is not bad, but if you also do not know anything about it, it was the last time for me. I recommend everyone to go to Kia dealer Rotterdam The Hague or Delft, they have many times more understanding of their products and try to help you neatly.

Last year bought 2 cars here. Great company, no complaints yet. At Kia, service is still on top, I have the idea.
