We were always very satisfied with the service and expertise of Profile Waddinxveen, but unfortunately our opinion has changed in the last six months and we are no longer satisfied with the service and expertise. To make a long story short, we had to go back with the car twice after the APK inspection because every time there was something else wrong with the electricity: during the APK inspection, something turned out to be wrong with the electricity on the right side of my door. This was made during the MOT inspection, but then the door could no longer be opened on the passenger side. Went back and made. After this was made, the electric window did not open anymore. They wanted us to come back then, but after some discussion they came to pick up the car. Unfortunately, the next thing made us decide to write this review and look for another garage. At the beginning of this summer, our car did not always start smoothly: the car made contact, but did not start. You only heard a click. With this problem went to Profile and described what could happen when starting and what sound we heard. A Profile mechanic has completely checked the car and measured the battery, but could not find anything. We were advised to come back sometime if the problem recurred. Unfortunately, on vacation we had problems starting the car again and eventually the car did not start at all. What turned out? A broken starter motor. We expected the technicians at Profile Waddinxveen that, after our description of the problem, they could have known that it was either the battery or the starter motor. Since the battery had sufficient voltage, they should have known that our starter motor needed to be replaced and this could have been made for our holiday. After the holiday we filed a complaint with Profile Waddinxveen about the above events, and the only thing we got back was: thanks for the notification, we will discuss it. No empathy or substantiation on their part. A pity, because it is precisely in the areas of a personal approach and thinking along that they could make the difference, but they miss these opportunities. No more Profile Waddinxveen for us.
