For many years, both assistants and general practitioner 100% in order. Fortunately, don't come there often, but always ok.

Just had assistant Emily on the line. After I was sent several times, through incompetent actions of the assistants, from the cupboard to the wall and there now, after Emily told me again that I had to contact me again the next day, I reacted with indignant indignation to the need for Explaining that she is not responsible for providing false information by her colleague and without any understanding and emphatic for the stressful situation created by them, found that my response was unreasonable and inappropriate. If an assistant finds in a GP post that she only represents her own work and there is a lack of emphatic ability, then that is a point to work on.
