I accidentally hit a power line, causing the power to cut out and turn off in part of our house. Within half an hour, this sincere specialist was at my door. Asked nicely if I wanted him to take off his shoes, and adhered to the corona measures. Apart from a blown stop, the damage turned out to be not too bad. He did not ask for money for the effort, of course I gave something. I also received valuable advice about my meter cupboard, among other things. Thank you very much for the good help. I know who to call when I need help again!

Duly adhered to the corona measures, responded quickly and kept me well informed of his arrival. In the end it turned out to be nothing more than a blown stop and he didn't charge anything for that minimal effort. Next time when there really is something we know who to call!
