Fantastic company, very helpful and above all knowledgeable

We had our boiler installed by De Jong. Run smoothly. They also immediately disposed of the old boiler. The boiler has been working satisfactorily for a number of years now. Immediately asked about the underfloor heating that had not been working for years and that other companies could not get to work. After explaining what went wrong and what we had already tried, the De Jong employee checked the installation, found a defective valve and replaced it. Since then we have had wonderfully warm feet in the living room and kitchen! Also badly adjusted radiators placed in series De Jong has gotten working again. Nothing but praise for this company!

Excellent service, professional and good advice.

Very poor service, say that they can lay electric floor heating, but is not delivered well. Following this complaint mailed, the next morning someone stood on the sidewalk to view damage. He would discuss it with the boss and come back to us with a solution. Unfortunately, never heard anything again until the invoice was suddenly in the bus. Again contacted and now everything is dismissed as 'rush job', 'now nothing can be done about it, because the kitchen is on', while we had already done this application almost two months before placing the kitchen.

Customer-friendly and satisfied with the detail of the work. That is exactly what I expect.
