Previously pretty good help, until recently. Unfortunately the services have become a lot less, I will not go there anymore.
To date, I have always been well helped, but what has the service fallen there? Place new battery in my watch (lifelong free battery with purchase) bring Tuesday, get Friday only! And when commenting on this waiting time it was said that it takes 3 weeks at the Bijenkorf. Ahead, 2 stars because it was good service in the past and this may be a one-time chagrin.
It is that 1 star is the minimum. But what a ridiculous customer service. Was helped by a very grumpy / frustrated lady. First and last time I come here, no wonder it is always empty there.
Fine shop and friendly staff. Nice assortment. Good service and knowledgeable advice
Grumpy and arrogant. Fortunately not always, but it is certainly not a nice thing.
