Basically zero stars. My wife had handed in 2 watches to have the batteries replaced and was told that would cost 7.95 euros per watch. However, the lady behind the counter could not open the watches and announced that she had to send them to have the batteries replaced, but did not say that there were additional costs involved. If she had, my wife would not have left the watches behind. When my wife came to pick up the watches a few weeks later, she was presented with a bill for 39 euros! When my wife indicated that she had not been told that there were extra costs associated with sending it, it became a yes-no discussion and my wife was more or less called a jokkebrok. She was treated in a very nasty way by the lady behind the counter. That's not how you treat your customers! No advertising for this shop and so was our last time coming here!

Bought a Buddha to Buddha in 04-19. Lock kept opening. Later the bracelet broke. Couldn't be made anymore. Got a new one. This one gleamed while the first turned black and afterwards does not seem to be new. Clasp of the new one closes much better. Therefore, even more suspicion that I did not buy a new bracelet in 2019. Because I got a new one, the store forced me to pay € 85.50. The voucher from Buddha to Buddha states that the customer has to pay € 22.50. Has been increased by the retailer by € 60 for convenience. You understand that at this store you have to be careful whether you buy new. If you are already buying and something is wrong how the service is going. They may also make you pay twice.
