The worst hotel ever.. No concrete facilities.. The rooms are old and dirty.. The receptionists are the worst unprofessional ever. My bf came to visit and right behind him was the guy reception knocking hard on the door saying no visitors allowed. I booked for 2 people. The were power tripping on me so I cancelled the next night. Supposed to stay for 2. They were asking for extra fees like for early check in etc. it’s very noisy since it’s from the street. Some doors have plenty of visitors but they didn’t care. It was the worst hotel ever. Not even worth it with the expensive price
This is very expensive hotel that it cost me 69€ per night and it’s not worth it. Receptionist have a bad attitude doesn’t even know how to smile and talk nicely. Rooms doesn’t have a air conditioning to put cold and hot, no elevator and rooms is not good like in the photos also smells bad and you can hear people noise in the other room.

We got there really late and we had to pay a tax fee even though online it said the price included that. There was no elevator to our room and the room smelt damp and of cigarettes. There were bugs everywhere and me and my boyfriend have insect bites all over our bodies. There were no towels when we got in there and we had to ask for some the next morning. The only good thing about The place was the staff who are quite nice, they gave us a free tube of toothpaste because we had forgotten ours. The breakfast was okay standard. The bathroom could’ve been a little cleaner and bigger and there were a lot of things broken in the room. There were also no plugs near the beds and not even enough in the whole room. The hotel is in a good location, near the tram station and the train station which you can use to connect to get to Amsterdam. There is also a large shopping centre.
Very nice place. The rooms were alright. The rooms get 3/5 from me, could have been cleaner. I like hygiene. Hairs of other people found between towels. Little detail. Hospitality though, 10/10. We had great service and we felt like we had contact with completely different people, not robots that were doing their job (if you know what I mean). They were very nice and made us feel at home immediately.
