Always fresh pizza, always on time and always warm .. that's enough for me. Professional, friendly and smiling service. I recommend!

Picked up pizza 3 weeks ago. Ordered without onion and unfortunately sat on onion. Called and then I was allowed to come get a new one. This indicated not to because I thought it was too late and did not want to drive back and forth again. I received a receipt worth the cheapest pizza. (Not mine but good) that receipt could only be used when I ordered over the phone next time. Done this today. Unfortunately could not choose action pizza because online you could but not via their computer system. So paid more than online but good. Picked up 3 pizzas and when I get home it's a completely different pizza. I called again. Had they swapped a pizza with another customer. So I got another voucher for next time. This time a lesser voucher because they will reimburse the cheapest pizza. Well I'm very done with it. Wrong order up to 2x and what you get as an excuse for it also decreases with time. No more Dominoes for me.

Very bad service from Dominos' pizza in Nieuwerkerk ad IJssel. They regularly deliver wrong and / or incomplete orders. Last Sunday it was the umpteenth time that the delivery person will return to replenish the order, but then return with cold food. When you request a new (hot) order, you will receive no on request. The manager of this establishment (Sven) indicates that this is the normal policy of Domino's pizza? My experience at other locations is much better. Very unfortunate Domino's Nieuwerkerk ad IJssel, that could be much better.
