Top service, even after sales. My contractor had placed the pipe incorrectly even though there is a sticker on each pipe with the smoke discharge direction, so I sent an email with some questions. Always a quick and clear answer, I even got a call the morning after I had sent an email in the evening, just to give some explanation. The tubes are of good quality. Deliveries were very fast. Price is right.

Certainly not expensive. Helpful. Even if ok make mistakes and have to exchange something.
