By my own fault ordered 14 meter glass profile instead of 3 meter.
Glasmaatje took back the extra meters without any problems and thought very carefully about how to return the long profiles (7m) without high shipping costs.
Well helped by telephone. Fortunately my order was ready earlier than expected (in connection with Christmas holidays).

Coupling piece ordered and paid so far after hearing nothing from a week. Even a mail has not been responded to, so don't know if this should take that long. Order often on the internet but this speed of handling really does everything. At least they could have responded to the email.
We have ordered a porch DIY kit from glasmaatje. Neatly delivered on time as agreed upon. I called the telephone operator a couple of times with all kinds of questions and every time I was kindly answered. Unfortunately during the construction a window was killed and this too was solved fantastically by glasmaatje. So all credit to this company. We now call that service. And today that is certainly not the case everywhere !!!!
