Easy contact with an employee so that the acquaintance / wishes only need to be discussed once. As a result, there is quickly a concrete proposal for a company and when an acquaintance is possible. In my opinion a better experience than recruiters and comparable contacts.
The conversation was pleasant in informal, which made me feel that people were really listening to me and that I didn't have to paint a perfect picture. During the process, good contact was maintained and companies were proposed that really matched my wishes. I could be honest in my experiences.
For questions I could easily call or email, with a quick answer.
I was super well helped by GE-N during my search for my first real job. They quietly took the time to really get to know me personally to find the right job. Always very honest and "uncolored" advice, even when I had conversations with other companies. I am really very satisfied with GE-N!
