After 20 years of aquascaping and buying a lot of plants and in-vitro plants and having successfully brought them to showcases, unfortunately 1 time had a bad crop here at aquariumplantenshop.nl (0% survived) which can of course happen let's be honest about that. After an honest email exchange with the shop and water values ​​after having given a fresh start, one comes with an English explanation of a well-known aqua-scaper. End of story, as you might expect, I did everything I could to plant the plants within the scope (also according to the accompanying note with instructions), although that is evident. further radio silence. No compensation, refund or a new batch of plants .. in short, more than 50 euros flushed away! I am very upset about this and as far as I would advise against everyone to buy anything here. What a joke
