Nice food

Chip tray was broken, chips were on the light side. Croquette broke in the bag. Iced coffee was not stirred and no mention that straw was in the bag. All in all bad quality unfortunately.
We regularly order here. But it has gone wrong for the umpteenth time.
Have already called several times, and then you are not really kindly answered. If you want to explain your complaint, it happens that you do not have to whine and otherwise you order elsewhere
The chips were all ripped, sauce everywhere. Except in the tray.
If something is not included, you must report it with the next order and you will receive it for free. However, this is not the case either.
One passes the blame on to the other and apparently no one has done it.
Have now also taken pictures, but unfortunately it can't send anywhere.
We think it has been very much declining lately. But if you listened to the customers, you might be fine.
For the first time here we got fries from war ... the fries were hard and the peanut sauce and mayo contained a splash of curry 🤔 the only thing that was tasty was the coconut milkshake ... this was our first and last time.
