The bull

Watch out when you hang your jacket or trouser in this establishment. There are hooks to hang your jacket/trouser but when it's almost closing time (8 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING and I was on time) they take your belongings and put them in the payed "El Toro" storage (different from "de Stier", they even have different front doors). This is done WITHOUT NOTICE And you will NOT HAVE A TICKET FOR IT. When you ask in "The Stier" were did the jacket go they say in the payed storage from "El Toro" (on the ground with stains covered). I gentle asked one of the working people if they saw the jacket or knew what to do.. (that was the manager..?) The manager? pointed his finger at me and sayed: you will have to wait till everyone is gone! Best part is that if a friend of him will pass WITHOUT A TICKET!!!! those belongings will be search for and he will give it to him (misuse of power, I personally spoke to that guy and he confirmed to me that he didn't had a ticket) I knew exactly every detail of my jacket, the brand/color/size even knew what was in the closed pockets (candy, even knew the amount and the brand of the candy and in wich pocket). After everyone was gone they say, you are not allowed to put your jacket in the other establishment and asked for payment. Customer for around ~19 years.
