Very bad customer service! Problem was not solved. They even couldnt provide the proper reason of the problem. Diagnostics specialist was not compitent. Also they asked to pay for their working hours even if they wont be able to solve the problem... thats not how it should be done by official Mercedes dealer..

Good service. Yesterday we were on our way to Zeeland from Brabant. The car indicated that oil had to be removed. When we arrived at the garage, we were helped almost immediately and were able to continue on our way.
