bad service. on delivery of the car little or no information regarding any comments that had occurred with the MOT. week later the car appears to have a serious oil leak. no warranty for this and I was allowed to figure it out because I could expect defects and leaks in a car from 2007. Also, the warranty was not even offered at the time of purchase. Very unprofessional handling for a bovag affiliate company. They are scammers.

Bought a car at the end of last year. Nice garage where questions and defects were solved and answered before I bought the car. After 1.5 months, the jack and wrench turned out not to be present, but I was allowed to pick them up for free. Good service and quick and easy contact!
