I deleted my good review from 2 years ago. Since the takeover by Van Mossel, the service has changed completely. I've been on the line for almost 10 minutes now and there is still no answer. This after emailing and calling 3 times for the same thing. Every time the telephone receptionist has a different excuse why my invoice has not been sent after 1 month. Now it is a new system and there is not enough staff and they still have to learn, .... Bad service, no longer satisfied at all. When inquiring neighbor, same bad experience. I don't recommend anyone to go to Van Mossel anymore. If you treat your customers like this, you no longer deserve them.
