Very difficult to reach by phone. For weeks trying to get a prescription of a drug that is only available on a doctor's prescription from you. There is no call back or e-mail and the staff members give the lame excuse that it is too busy. In short, bad telephone service, something could be improved! Our daughter has now been without medication for weeks thanks to your lax way of acting.
